About Me
Sunday, September 1, 2013
It's here and I'm so excited! I'll be participating in the R.eaders I.mbibing P.eril challenge hosted by Stainless Steel Droppings. The challenge runs from Sept. 1 to October 31st, and it involves reading books in the following genres:
Mystery.
Suspense.
Thriller.
Dark Fantasy.
Gothic.
Horror.
Supernatural
There are multiple levels or "perils" to participate in:
This involves reading four novels from the above named genres. I have so many in my TBR that fit these categories I'm hoping this motivates me to get them read. Here's a sample:
The Monstrumologist is a re-read, if I have time I may re-read the whole series before The Final Descent is published. That's probably not realistic though.
Two books I've been meaning to read since last September
I also may participate in Peril of the Short Story with this selection:
Finally there's this:
I always like to watch a few horror movies in October, so I plan on posting a few film reviews, probably on Fridays.

I'm excited for Fingersmith! I've only read The Little Stranger by Sarah Waters which was great and everyone says that Fingersmith is the best.
