Top 10 Tuesday: Top Ten Books I've read so far this year.

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly event hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.

This week's topic really showed me how far behind I've gotten on my Goodreads challenge. I need to pick up the pace, reading wise. Or focus on audiobooks and stop listening to so many podcasts.

Here's the list:

It reflects how my reading taste can be a bit all over the place but still gears toward YA. Speaking of which, I feel like I've been incepted/successfully convinced to read more YA contemporary, so if anyone wants to leave recs in the comments, I'd really appreciate it.

Anmiryam Budner said...: Great list! If you're looking for contemporary YA you might try any A.S. King, E. Lockhart's We Were Liars, Andrew Smith's Grasshopper Jungle, J.C. Carleson's The Tyrant's Daughter, and And We Stay by Jenny Hubbard. I liked all of these and while they are all contemporary, they are very different from one another.; June 11, 2014 at 11:42 AM

Eleanor & Perk is a really good book and if you haven't already, read Fangirl :P
Siege and Storm <3 The Darkling is one of my favourite characters out of all the books I've read in the last year so I'm glad you liked it. And scarlet was a really good book too,
