About Me
Monday, May 19, 2014
The Bout of Books read-a-thon has come to an end and I have really enjoyed this past week. Readathon participation really helped me focus and I exceeded my initial goal of only two books. I only participated in one challenge, and need to comment on more participating blogs, but as far as reading more I'm pretty happy.
Day 7 Progress
- # of books read: 1.8
- # of pages read: 732
- books read: Death Sworn by Leah Cypress (finished), Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor (re-read, 80% finished)
Wrap Up
- # of books read: 4.8
- #of books finished: 4
- # of pages read: 2,103
- books finished: Siege & Storm by Leigh Bardugo, The Immortal Rules by Julie Kagawa, Scarlet by Marissa Meyer, Death Sworn by Leah Cypress
I'm going to try to keep up this reading pace barring any other obligations now that I'm out of my slump. I'm hoping to quickly finish my re-read of Daughter of Smoke and Bone and go on to complete the trilogy now that all the details are fresh in my mind.

Great job reading! You went well past your goal!
I love the Daughter of Smoke & Bone trilogy! Doing a re-read is a great idea. I read the first two close together, but by the time I got the third I'd forgotten a lot and spent much of the reading time trying to remember what had happened. :) - May 19, 2014 at 9:13 PM

I loved Scarlet by Marissa Meyer. You will have to read Cress soon, it is also amazing. 4 books in one week and over 2000 pages quite an accomplishment congrats.
